ICE #6 (2026) 'The Reluctance of Intervention' is the sixth painting in a series exploring the slow withdrawal of glacial ice in an age of human influence and climate change.
Layers of deep blue, teal, aqua, pale landscape-erroded pale greens and gold leaf plus vivid turquoise are combined with made and found collage elements, pastel and ink wash to create a richly textured meditation on a landscape in transition.
The complete series of six paintings will be available by early September 2026.
