'Severance #3' is the final piece in the edition by British abstract artist Tim Willcox and marks a continued shift within the artist’s evolving abstract practice. 

With Severance I can feel my work loosening. I'm working openly and with purpose and I like that a lot - this painting could potentially be a whole new direction for me with seemingly disparate elements tied together by a common palette and deep layered texture via collage, stencilled and mixed media processes
